Dr. Maqsood Ul Hassan Rasheed

Dr. Maqsood Ul Hassan Rasheed is working as Consultant Physiatrist at King Khaled Hospital Tabuk Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Prior to his current appointment, he was employed as Consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine and Supervisor Teaching Program at King Fahad Hospital Al Hasa KSA. Before moving to KSA, he served as Consultant and Academic Supervisor at Armed Forces Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine (AFIRM) Pakistan.
Dr. Maqsood completed his residency at Armed Forces Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine (AFIRM) in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and passed his exit exam in 2006 to become the Fellow of College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan (FCPS). He obtained his advanced training in Neurorehabilitation and Spinal Cord Injury from Switzerland. Later, he completed the formal requirements to be entitled as supervisor and examiner at College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan (CPSP). Dr. Maqsood has been a regular speaker at local conferences in KSA and Pakistan under the auspices of PSPMR and Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. He is also an active member of Eastern Province Rehabilitation Medicine Club.
Dr. Maqsood is a graduate of Nishter Medical College and completed his Internship at Nishter Hospital Multan in 1993. He served in Pakistan Armed Forces from 1994 till 2011.
He enjoys travelling and likes to watch soccer and athletics. He spends his time in da’wa as well.
